Odaily Seer Prophet Channel monitoring shows that today MegaETH announced it will conduct a TGE on April 30, and on Polymarket the probability that “MegaETH will issue tokens before April 30” is currently 95%, which may be related to the settlement rules.
The settlement rule for this market is that if MegaETH officially launches its governance token before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the specified date in the title, the prediction market result will be determined to be “Yes”; otherwise, it will be determined to be “No.”
Another key rule—“the token must be publicly and normally transferable and tradable; merely releasing related announcements is not sufficient to meet the determination criteria”—may be preventing the probability from reaching 100%.
