The (Sharpe Ratio) is an indicator that evaluates the asset's return considering risk. It shows how much the obtained return compensates for the accepted risk. When the metric becomes strongly negative, it means the market is experiencing a capitulation phase – returns decrease, and volatility and fear increase. Historically, such periods have coincided with the final stages of a bear market and the formation of a local or global bottom.
