Crypto News, blockchain analysts Luo Fulili predicts, AGI will be achieved within two years, and states that the performance gap between top Chinese and American large models is only two to three months. She points out that currently, several domestic companies including Kimi and Mimo have foundational models with over 1 trillion parameters, and there is basically no performance gap between China and the US during the pre-training stage. Luo Fulili states that domestic teams have certain advantages in pre-training architecture; as long as they respond quickly enough to the agent paradigm, the performance gap between domestic models and top foreign models like Claude Opus 4.6 is actually only two to three months. She believes that the next two to three months will be a critical window to test the overall research level, technical agility, and ability to embrace new paradigms of various large model teams. Regarding the progress of AGI, she estimates that the current progress has reached 20%, and this year it is expected to advance to 60% to 70%. The explosion of open-source agent frameworks (such as OpenClaw) has activated collective intelligence, allowing frameworks and models to achieve bidirectional iteration, which is greatly accelerating the R&D process.
