I muted the group, which made my ears much clearer, and I could focus on thinking about who exactly is being "governed." I used to see voting links flying around all the time, but later I realized many of them were delegated votes, with a bunch of votes concentrated in the hands of a few big accounts. Honestly, it has a bit of an oligarchic flavor... My small individual votes have limited impact either way. What's more awkward is that the fiercest arguments are often not about the proposal content, but about who is on which side. Recently, the NFT royalty war was the same—creators want income, but the secondary market worries about affecting liquidity, and in the end, it’s still those few groups making the final decision. Anyway, I’ll keep an eye on token distribution and delegated addresses, stay calm, and learn slowly.
