Alibaba Qianwen President Wu Jia: "AI services" open to the public, first connected with China Eastern Airlines
On April 23rd, Qianwen announced the opening of its “AI Service” capabilities to the public. It is reported that Qianwen’s first integration was with China Eastern Airlines, launching a full-process AI ticketing service. Wu Jia, President of Alibaba Qianwen Business Division, explained that integrating with China Eastern Airlines was the first time “Qianwen Service” stepped out of the Alibaba ecosystem and was truly open to the outside world. “We reconstructed the entire ticketing service chain with China Eastern Airlines. Users only need to give commands to the AI, which then calls the system to serve the user, greatly improving user efficiency.” Wu Jia stated that natural language will stimulate new demands. “Traditional menu-based interactions limit personalized expression, but AI naturally supports users to initiate requests freely, which will also create more new services.” (People’s Financial News)
