Recently, I've seen people arguing about NFT royalties again. Basically, creators want to earn more, and secondary sales want to be smoother. While they argue, I focus on my own wallet to avoid trouble... I’ve set a few red lines for myself: never put mnemonic phrases into input methods, cloud storage, or screenshots; never keep them in photo albums; if I don’t understand a signature popup, I close it, especially those that say "authorization needed only once" but ask for a long list of permissions; and as for phishing sites, I never click links directly—always access them from bookmarks, and I consider any temporarily searched links untrustworthy.
I also have a small habit: when I feel impulsive about placing an order or buying an NFT, I leave the transaction page open and do something else for five minutes before coming back. Many feelings of "missing out if I don’t buy now" fade after cooling down. Anyway, what often makes me regret is not missing the purchase, but accidentally granting permissions by clicking around randomly.
