Deferred share credits rise for Erie Indemnity (ERIE) executive Sean Dugan

Erie Indemnity Executive Vice President Sean Dugan has reported an increase in his Incentive Compensation Deferral Plan Share Credits. Through dividend reinvestment, 5.737 Share Credits were added at $253.85 per share, bringing his total to 1,001.609 Share Credits, in addition to his 278.65 directly held Class A common shares. These credits, which represent the right to receive an equivalent number of Class A shares upon retirement, have no exercise or expiration dates.
