These past two days, Meme buzz has been flooding everyone’s screens again. When a celebrity casually mentions it, attention starts rotating as if someone just shot it up with adrenaline… The veteran’s line, “Don’t take the last baton,” may sound like a buzzkill, but it’s not empty talk.

I’ve made a “version update” for myself: before, when the narrative got me excited, I’d want to rush in—but now, by default, I install a “loss-cut patch” first. Plain and simple, before entering the trade, I write down two things: at what point the loss is something I accept, and at what point I stop taking profit. Once the key level is broken, I leave—I don’t spin stories to convince myself. In any case, in a setup like this, wins and losses come fast; what I fear most is dragging it out and not wanting to shut down. For now, living longer matters more than guessing right.
