These days I've been talking about sharding and parallel processing again, feeling like the scene is pretty lively, but I really no longer get easily carried away by narratives. To be honest, the faster the chain, the more it costs, and when something goes wrong, it just happens even faster and more costly... I'm actually paying more attention to the most boring things: where to place assets, who holds the permissions, which route to take when you really need to exit, and whether there are safety nets for bridges, cross-chain, and liquidation processes.

And then there are those large on-chain transfers, or when hot and cold wallets of exchanges move, being called "smart money." I used to love chasing and interpreting that, but now I’m a bit tired. I no longer chase explanations; many things are just random, don’t force a script onto them. Anyway, I keep a pessimistic attitude, diversify as needed, keep exit channels ready, and even if TVL drops further, don’t lock yourself in.
