Gate News, April 23 — U.S. President Donald Trump announced today that the senior representatives of Israel and Lebanon met with the United States at the White House. The talks went very smoothly. Trump said that the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon will be extended for another two weeks. Trump also noted that the United States will work with Lebanon to help it defend against threats posed by Hezbollah. He said he looks forward to hosting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Lebanese President Joseph Aoun in the near future.
