The company’s board of directors plans the 2025 profit distribution proposal as follows: Based on the company’s total share capital of 695 million shares as of December 31, 2025, a cash dividend of 0.5 yuan (tax included) will be paid for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 34.7674 million yuan (tax included), accounting for 50.71% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2025.
This year, the company will not convert capital reserve funds into share capital, nor will it issue bonus shares.
