Circle Economist Proposes 50% USDC Borrow Rate on Aave

Circle Chief Economist Gordon Liao proposed lifting Aave’s maximum USDC borrowing rate to 50% from 14% to ease a five-day liquidity crunch. Aavescan showed USDC utilization near 100% since Sunday.
