IBM Shares Fall 10% After Q1 Beat as 2026 Revenue Outlook Trails Estimates

IBM shares fell more than 10% after the company reported 9% first-quarter revenue growth and kept full-year constant-currency growth guidance above 5%. IBM beat consensus on revenue and earnings, and software revenue rose 11% to $7.05 billion, but investors focused on guidance that sat below estimates of more than 5.1%.
