ERIE (NASDAQ: ERIE) SVP adds deferred share credits via dividend reinvestment
Jorie L. Novacek, SVP and Controller of ERIE Indemnity Company, reported an addition of 4.535 Incentive Compensation Deferral Plan share credits on April 21, 2026. These credits, acquired through dividend reinvestment at a reference price of $253.85 per share, represent the right to receive Class A common stock upon her separation from the company. Following this transaction, Novacek’s account now holds a total of 791.703 share credits.
