Believe Founder Benjamin Pasternak Arrested on Assault and Strangulation Charges

Benjamin Pasternak, founder of Solana-based token launchpad Believe, was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of second-degree strangulation and two counts of third-degree assault over a March 31 incident. Pasternak pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to return to court June 11. A class action filed in March separately alleges deceptive token-sale practices, including at least 12 unmet buyback promises and dilution of holders in a token migration.
