Acadia Realty Pays $114M for Two Newbury Street Retail Properties

Acadia Realty Trust has acquired two retail properties on Boston’s Newbury Street for $113.5 million. The properties, located at 4-6 Newbury St. and 28 Newbury St., are occupied by luxury retailers Chanel and Cartier, respectively, and were previously owned by ASG Equities. This transaction represents the largest deal on Newbury Street in several years.
