Recently, I've come across a bunch of projects that offer "earn points/badges by completing tasks," which is basically social mining with a different disguise. At first, it was pretty exciting, like collecting stamps at a convenience store: missing one stamp makes you want to go back for another, but in the end, your time is completely drained, and you might not even get anything in return.

Now, I'm more concerned about the "queue order" and delays on the chain: you think you're just clicking a button, but in reality, transactions are being inserted or reordered like food delivery orders, and the extra slippage and fees you pay are all hidden costs. Recently, AI agents for automatic interactions are also very popular; some hype it up as fully automated passive income, but I'm more worried about it signing and authorizing on your behalf everywhere—no one’s watching the security details... Anyway, badges look shiny enough, just keep your wallet from being too empty.
