Last night before bed, I saw a bunch of people watching large transfers on the chain and unusual activity in exchange hot and cold wallets, saying "smart money is moving again," and the comment section instantly heated up.

Now I’m a bit immune to these signals... Honestly, the more attention you pay, the easier it is to get caught in a trap.
The days when hot topics rotate are the easiest to get repeatedly exploited: first you’re afraid of missing out, so you chase in; then when the hype dies down, you start doubting everything and sell off; a few days later, the same story with a different protagonist comes around again.
My simple trick is to cool down: when I see something “everyone is watching,” I wait a night before making a decision. If I still want to buy the next day, I’ll do more research—many impulses automatically disappear.
Anyway, I’d rather miss out than be the leaf caught in an emotional whirlpool.
