Tether Freezes $344 Million USDT on Tron in OFAC Coordination
Tether froze $344 million in USDT across two Tron wallets in coordination with OFAC and U.S. law enforcement on April 23. Tether said the wallets were flagged for activity tied to sanctions evasion and criminal networks. The two addresses held about $212.9 million and $131.3 million before the freeze. Tether said the action was its largest single enforcement move to date.
