Coinbase, industry groups urge faster Senate review of CLARITY Act
Blockchain Association, CCI, and more than 120 crypto institutions including Coinbase sent a joint letter to the U.S. Senate Banking Committee urging faster review of the CLARITY Act. The signatories said the United States needs a unified regulatory framework for digital asset markets, clearer regulatory responsibilities, and stronger investor protection. The letter warned that prolonged policy ambiguity could push capital, talent, and technology out of the country.
