Odaily Seer Prophet Channel monitoring shows that Polymarket has launched a new “Will SpaceX acquire Cursor,” with a 74% probability of “Yes” at present.

The event contract rules are: if, before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026, an official announcement states that Cursor will be acquired by or merged with SpaceX, then the market resolution is “Yes”; otherwise, the market resolution is “No.” Any merger or acquisition involving Cursor or its parent company (if applicable) with SpaceX or its parent company, Space Exploration Technologies Corp., qualifies, regardless of whether the announced acquisition/merger actually occurs, as long as Cursor or SpaceX issues a public announcement within the market timeframe, the result is “Yes.” Partial sale announcements may also qualify, as long as the acquiring company gains control of another company. “Control” refers to a change in ownership sufficient to influence the company’s strategic decisions (usually over 50% ownership, or equivalent control through voting rights and governance), transactions or investments that do not result in a transfer of control do not qualify. The primary sources for market decisions will be official information from Cursor and SpaceX; however, consensus based on credible reports may also be used.

Odaily Seer Prophet Channel continues to monitor prediction markets, observing changes before pricing.
