Subsequently, SpaceX quickly reached an agreement, obtaining an option to acquire Cursor at a valuation of $60 billion, with a $10 billion breakup fee if the acquisition is not completed. Cursor is currently a key player in the AI programming sector, benefiting from developers’ strong demand for automated programming tools.
