Citi Announces Offers to Purchase Three Series of Outstanding Citigroup Inc. Notes

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (CGMI), a subsidiary of Citigroup Inc., announced offers to purchase three series of outstanding Citigroup notes for cash. The offers use a “waterfall” methodology, accepting notes based on Acceptance Priority Levels, up to a $1.25 billion aggregate cap. The offers are detailed in an Offer to Purchase document and will expire on May 20, 2026.
