Communication Guidelines (Very Important)

When communicating with elders, there is no need to argue about right or wrong; focus on humility, respect, and understanding.
When interacting with senior brothers and mentors, always maintain an attitude of apology, humility, and courtesy.

When communicating with children, do not be overly critical or meticulous; be patient and tolerant, and use encouragement to inspire their growth.

When talking to women, do not rush to give reasons; prioritize caring for and empathizing with their emotions.

When communicating with men, avoid excessive emotional entanglement; focus on listening to their logic, demands, and real-world pressures.

When interacting with people of average financial means, do not only discuss feelings; consider practical interests as well.

When dealing with the wealthy, do not flatter their wealth blindly; recognize their concerns, vision, and courage.

When communicating with grassroots workers, maintain respect, make fewer harsh demands, and show more understanding.

When interacting with strong individuals, you must have strength and confidence; your knowledge and preparation should be sufficiently adequate.

When dealing with weaker individuals, remain polite, leave room in everything, and give them face.

When communicating with impatient people, slow down the pace of communication; use gentle methods, and be proactive and tolerant.
