Lately, looking at on-chain data feels a bit like listening to a radio with an old receiver… You think it's live, but there's actually a delay. Nodes are syncing slowly, RPC is fetching cached data, and the indexer is still queuing. The "large transfer" you see might have already happened several minutes ago, and the site you're viewing hasn't even caught up with the previous and subsequent transactions. As a result, when the community sees a hot wallet or cold wallet move, they start interpreting it as "smart money coming in." Honestly, it might just be that the on-chain picture you're seeing is a half-step behind.

Whenever I see this kind of chart, I first switch to two different RPCs, then compare the raw transaction hash in the browser to confirm it's not the indexer messing up… My roommate also complains: "Watching a transfer is like doing archaeology." Anyway, I’d rather confirm slowly than be led by delayed "truths" and chase the market with emotions.
