Pay attention to the funding rate issue; currently, the funding rate has started to turn negative again, and it’s quite extreme, which proves that the short sellers are continuously increasing. Under such circumstances, it’s a bit difficult for BTC to fall very deeply; if it drops too much, the short sellers will just be eating the meat for free. Therefore, I believe the main players won’t be so kind.
BTC is unlikely to drop sharply immediately. So, will BTC reach 80,000? I think there’s a certain probability here. First, the gap nearby at around 80,600 is also a weekly and daily level of resistance. This level hasn’t been touched yet. If it can be touched, a further decline would be ideal. If it not only touches but also breaks through strongly, the scenario might change again.
Currently, from a structural perspective, the bullish structure is still intact; no lower lows or lower highs have been created. The funding rate is also extremely negative. So, I think it might still go to around 80,000 recently.
