Mars Finance News April 23 – Leading satellite management company China Science and Technology Tianta announced the completion of nearly 100 million yuan in Series A+ funding.
This round was led by Wenrun Investment, with Xike Holdings, a subsidiary of the Xi’an Optical Instrument Factory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, providing additional capital.
The funds will be primarily invested in upgrading space big models and laser communication fields, promoting the company’s transformation from software services to a “software-hardware integrated” strategy, with a laser communication production line planned to start trial production soon.
As an industrialization platform affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Science and Technology Tianta’s core team has over 20 years of space experience and has participated in more than ten major national projects.
The company was the first to launch a space tracking and control AI large model and relies on the scientific research成果转化 to develop inter-satellite laser communication technology.
Previously, the company had obtained nearly 200 million yuan in bank credit from the China Development Bank, Bank of China, and others, forming a diversified financing system of “equity + debt,” continuously increasing its focus on the commercial space race.
