Nokia’s CEO says Europe may lag behind China and the U.S. in building artificial intelligence data centers

Nokia executives stated on Thursday that Europe lacks the infrastructure needed to build artificial intelligence data centers, and the insufficient investment makes it difficult to prevent related businesses from shifting to China and the United States.
