Wu said that H100 Group announced it has signed a binding acquisition agreement to acquire Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS. The announcement states that after the transaction is completed, the company's Bitcoin holdings are expected to increase to approximately 3,500 BTC, more than tripling the current size, and it will become one of Europe's leading publicly listed Bitcoin treasury companies. The transaction is conducted through a share swap and does not involve cash consideration; currently, H100 holds 1,051 BTC, and the settlement is expected to be completed by August 2026.
