Last night, after my night run, I went back and skimmed the on-chain stuff for a bit—and it really feels like attention is the most expensive part… once one hot spot rotates to the next, the timeline is like someone grabbing you by the neck and dragging you along; if you keep chasing, it’s easy to end up being the one who takes the last baton at a high point. To be blunt, my current approach is pretty crude: first I ask myself, “Am I clicking in because I’m afraid of missing out?” If I am, then I turn it off first and wait until tomorrow to see whether I still want to look.

Airdrop season is the same. With task platforms getting stricter and stricter on anti-bot/anti-swindler measures, the points system has the “airdrop farmers”—the sheep-wool chasers—rolling like they’re clocking in for work. Anyway, I don’t want to turn my life into a sign-in log; I’d rather do a little less, and I’m not going to expose my wallet and my mindset to a bunch of uncertainties just for those few points. You can watch the hot spots, but don’t let them decide your mood and your actions today—let’s do it like this for now.
