Spicy Fried Chicken Tips:
So delicious you’ll lick your fingers, more cost-effective and cleaner than takeout.
1. Prepare the chicken tips: wash thoroughly, blanch in cold water, add two slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell.
After the water boils, cook for one or two minutes, during which a lot of blood foam will float up. Remove and rinse with running water to cool, making the texture more chewy.
