The US dollar's share in global trade reaches a record high, accounting for 51.1%

Mars Finance News, according to Jintiao reports, based on the latest data from the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (SWIFT), as conflicts in the Middle East continue, the share of the US dollar in international transactions rose to a record 51.1% in March, up from 49.2% last month, the highest share since 2023. The euro’s trading share is about 21%, followed by the British pound and Japanese yen.
