Just finished baking bread and checking on on-chain activity, my hand itched to make a move, but I first put down the mouse and asked myself: Did I get new information, or is my heartbeat racing because of the K-line's green and red lights? Honestly, if there really is information, I should be able to clearly explain "why I need to add now," rather than "everyone's buying and I'm afraid of missing out." When the market is hot, position management feels like kneading dough or stepping on the brakes—don't slam everything to the floor in excitement.

By the way, I thought about recent chain games experiencing economic collapses, and it’s actually quite similar: when inflation kicks in, studios rush in en masse, plus the coin price spirals downward, and in the end, only emotions are left to pass the baton. Anyway, my current rule is, if I can't clearly explain why to add, I treat it as an emotional trade—trade less, or simply wait until the bread is baked before making a move.
