Lately, I've been getting a bit obsessed with on-chain transfers, and many people start conspiracy theories whenever they see a "coincidental transfer"... I now prefer to break it down into paths: is it an exchange hot wallet consolidation? Or cross-chain/router relay? Or the same batch of addresses providing collateral, repaying debts, then transferring back. Honestly, if it can be explained as a "process action," there's no need to rush to interpret it as "someone trying to cause trouble."
These days, the funding rates are extremely volatile again, and the group is arguing whether it's a reversal or the bubble is still being squeezed. I actually don't want to guess the direction that much; I just set alerts for key addresses and a few large transactions, and I also set a limit for myself: don’t get itchy to add positions just because of a big transfer. After setting it, my mindset is noticeably more stable. When I get a notification, I first check the path and upstream/downstream flows, confirm it's routine activity, then let it go... Anyway, it's better than obsessively staring at the charts and overthinking.
