I found the news about the XRP conference held in Sydney quite interesting. The CEO of Ripple personally appeared and discussed XRP strategy, showing a slightly different approach than what I expected.
Here's the core message. Many people think that a single major event will suddenly change XRP dramatically. But the CEO clearly stated that's not the case. Instead, it’s a collection of hundreds or thousands of small steps that create the change. It’s like gradually turning on a switch rather than flipping it all at once.
What’s interesting is the background of the phrase "turning on the switch." Originally, it referred to banks moving from pilot programs to actual operations in 2019, but the community over-interpreted this, believing some magical event would instantly change the price. But the reality is different. Ripple’s progress is the result of years of continuous effort, with each small step ultimately leading to a bigger impact.
Over 400 people attended the Sydney conference, where key topics like tokenization, stablecoins, and regulation were also discussed. How the market will respond to this gradual change remains to be seen.
