Wu Shuo learned that MetaMask co-founder Dan Finlay announced that he will be leaving the parent company Consensys. Meanwhile, he specifically mentioned that he was pleased to see MetaMask successfully launch the “Advanced Permissions” feature based on ERC-7715 before departing—calling it an important missing piece in the wallet ecosystem—and he expects to use it from the perspective of external developers in the future. According to the MetaMask documentation, the feature supports human-readable permission confirmation through the MetaMask extension, and is applicable to highly interactive dApps and certain AI Agent scenarios.
