Just now I almost got itchy to chase the rally, my mouse was even moving toward adding more positions... I will now forcibly stop for 5 minutes and ask myself: Is this move driven by "information" or "emotion"? To put it simply, only reasons that can be clearly restated count as information, such as what happened on the chain or how the logic is closed; if it's just "everyone is rushing, I'm afraid of missing out," then it's probably emotion pushing the position.

And recently, there's been a lot of talk about the lag of on-chain data tools and tagging systems, right? Sometimes, looking at the "smart money" tags makes me imagine a storyline, only to find later that I might have been misled, which is quite awkward. Too much information really causes anxiety. My filtering method is pretty crude: only keep three sources (one data perspective, one developer viewpoint, one contrarian critique), mute the rest first, and if I still want to buy the next day, then consider it. Anyway, not chasing this K-line won't kill me... that's it for now.
