📰 The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is facing increasing pressure to turn its guidance on decentralized finance into formal rules.


Industry participants are urging the SEC to formalize its cryptocurrency guidelines for decentralized tools, believing that clearer rules will reduce uncertainty and better align regulation with blockchain infrastructure.
These old guys are dragging their feet again; $SOL has already risen 30%, and they’re still debating whether to turn the guidance into an official document. Retail investors are on edge on the chain every day, and they’re good for nothing but holding meetings that can drag on for three years.
In my opinion, once they finally clarify the rules, we should have already opened exchanges on the moon.
I really feel for those new retail investors who are waiting for clear regulations before entering the market...
