I just found out something quite interesting in the real estate world. Grant Cardone, that real estate investor we all know, is making a strong move with his company Cardone Capital. It turns out he plans to tokenize no less than a $5 billion property portfolio.

The interesting part is that this isn't an isolated experiment. The company manages multifamily and commercial properties across the United States, so they have enough volume to seriously do something like this. The idea is to leverage blockchain to give investors more options: clearer guarantees and the ability to sell on secondary markets without waiting years.

It's no coincidence that Cardone Capital is doing this now. More and more asset managers are seeing the potential of tokenizing traditional assets like real estate. Yes, there are regulatory hurdles and liquidity in secondary markets is still limited, but the market is clearly moving.

What I find most relevant is the forecast: some analysts estimate they could tokenize nearly $4 trillion in real estate by 2035. That gives an idea of the potential they see in this technology. Cardone Capital is positioning itself as a serious player in large-scale asset tokenization, so we will probably see more moves like this in the coming years.
