Yi Li Hua: The current state of the cryptocurrency market is a bear market rebound, and there may be risks in the mid-term strategy.
Golden Finance reports that on April 22, Yi Lihua, founder of Liquid Capital (formerly LD Capital), said that the rebound is continuing as expected. Everyone is discussing where the rebound point is, but this can only be taken one step at a time. In fact, compared with the US stock S&P hitting new highs, and with MicroStrategy strongly buying, the current rebound in the crypto market looks relatively weak—clearly showing the characteristics of a rebound within a bear market.
In the past two days, I’ve specifically studied MicroStrategy’s risk. Its aggressive method of financing to buy cryptocurrencies is indeed effective in the short term, but there may be risks in the medium term, especially when macro-financial risks occur. Always preparing for a potentially big opportunity, there’s no need to be pessimistic about the crypto market. Opportunities in the crypto space have always been in bear markets; in bull markets, people are happy to enter, and then exit after losing money.
