just saw that Musk hit $839 billion net worth now, like actually the first person ever to cross $800 billion. that's absolutely wild when you think about it. the guy's been the richest for almost 2 years straight since May 2024.
what's crazy is he added $100 billion just since the start of this year alone. $64 billion in just one month from his company valuations going up. if you convert that musk net worth in rupees, we're talking an insanely massive number that's hard to even comprehend.
the progression is kind of insane too - hit $500B back in October 2025, then $600B and $700B both in December, and now $800B by February. like the wealth is compounding at this point. Larry Page is second with like $300 billion, so Musk's literally more than $500 billion ahead of the next person. that gap is bigger than most people's entire net worth lol.
anyway, whenever you see musk net worth in rupees or any currency really, the numbers are just absurd at this scale. curious if anyone else will ever get close to this level
