The South Korean government expresses deep regret over Takashi Takashi's offerings to Yasukuni Shrine.

On the 21st local time, the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the South Korean government is deeply disappointed and regretting that Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi has offered tributes to the Yasukuni Shrine. The statement said that the South Korean government urges Japan’s leadership to adopt a responsible posture, face up to history, and truly reflect on history with a humble attitude and concrete actions.
