Japanese and South Korean stock markets close higher, both reaching record highs

Golden Finance reports that on April 22, the Nikkei 225 Index closed up 236.69 points, a 0.40% increase, at 59,585.86 points, reaching a new all-time high. The Korea KOSPI Index closed up 29.43 points, a 0.46% increase, at 6,417.9 points, also reaching a new all-time high. (Jin10)
