These days, as soon as that bit of news about interest rates comes out, risk appetite is like a switch—people suddenly get timid... I'm no exception; whenever the market turns green, I want to put away my umbrella. But honestly, what makes me most itchy isn't trying to catch the bottom, it's the fear of "missing the turning point." The more uncertain it is, the more I want to move my positions a little to confirm I'm still in the game.

On-chain, I see a few large transfers and exchanges moving funds between hot and cold wallets, and some people are starting to shout "Smart money entering/withdrawing." I'm now somewhat immune to this: large amounts don't necessarily indicate direction, more like an emotional amplifier. Anyway, I just watch the flow of stablecoins on L2, gradually add or reduce a bit, and try not to lose my umbrella in a panic. That's all for now.
