Recently, people keep asking me: why does on-chain data always seem to "lag" for a moment, especially on pages like the unlock calendar—refreshing it feels like it's gasping for air. Basically, many times it's not the chain itself that's slow, but your indexer/Subgraph that’s tracking blocks and building indexes. When there's a reorganization or a surge in activity, it drops frames; plus, with RPC rate limiting, everyone is rushing to check the same contract events, leading to slower responses and some requests being dropped. What you see is just "no data for that very second." Recently, staking unlocks and token unlocks have been repeatedly brought up, and with more people anxious and queries concentrated, the lag becomes even more noticeable... Anyway, don’t rush to interpret "lag" as "chain issues" or "someone dumping." That’s all for now.
