When the loan position is only three steps away from the liquidation line, my habit is not to watch the market and pray... but to stop first: no leverage, no adding new positions. Then I review the position, and if possible, I pay down some, even if it's a small amount; moving the liquidation price further out instantly changes the mindset. If I don't want to pay down, I reduce some collateral risk instead of forcing it through. The third step is to consider adding margin, but I set a limit—stop once it reaches a certain health level, not gambling with the market.

Recently, hardware wallets have been out of stock, phishing links are everywhere, and the more anxious I get, the easier it is to click on the wrong thing. My current habit is: before operating, double-check the address/domain name; I’d rather take ten more minutes than step on safety traps right at the red line. Over the long term, honestly, these small habits are what I rely on, not any innate talent.
