The Israeli military claims Hezbollah in Lebanon "violated the ceasefire agreement."

BlockBeats News, April 22 — The Israel Defense Forces issued a statement on the 22nd saying that Hezbollah in Lebanon “violated the ceasefire agreement,” and the military will take action to “eliminate the threat.” The statement said that Hezbollah launched a drone at Israeli soldiers south of the “frontline” in southern Lebanon, which the IDF described as a “violation of the ceasefire agreement” and has intercepted. The IDF also said it will continue to take action to “eliminate any threats to Israeli civilians and military.”

On the same day, in another statement, the IDF said that during operations to dismantle armed infrastructure in several areas south of the “frontline,” weapons were found, including rocket launchers, ammunition, drones, firearms, and more. The IDF stated that these weapons and equipment were originally used by Hezbollah militants to attack Israeli forces.

Additionally, the IDF said that the day before, two armed individuals who “crossed the frontline and approached Israeli soldiers” were found in the Saluki area in southern Lebanon. The IDF described them as a “direct threat,” and subsequently launched an airstrike against the two, killing them. (Jin10)
