John Ternus Takes the Reins of Apple, the World’s Most Valuable Company

John Ternus has been appointed as the new CEO of Apple, succeeding Tim Cook who will transition to executive chair of the board. Ternus, previously senior vice president of hardware engineering, is expected to focus on hardware innovation, including foldable devices and AI integration. Cook’s legacy includes growing Apple’s market valuation to over $4 trillion and expanding its Services division.
