Chinese Ambassador to the United States Xie Feng attended the opening ceremony of the World Trade Center Association Global Business Forum held in Philadelphia and delivered a keynote speech, calling for creating a new future for China-U.S. relations together. Xie Feng outlined the “15th Five-Year Plan” from four aspects—prioritizing people’s well-being, innovation-driven development, green transformation, and open cooperation—welcoming countries to seize the opportunities of China’s development. Xie Feng emphasized that the stable, healthy, and sustainable development of China-U.S. relations is crucial for the peoples of both countries as well as for the stability and development of the world, and he proposed addressing four key issues.
