Shengyang Zhuo Fire Breathing Method

Friends with cold hands and feet, fatigue, and weakness—be sure to try this breathing technique! It only takes 3 minutes a day, and your qi and blood will flow more smoothly~

Get into the horse stance with your breath settled low. When you inhale, feel the yang qi rising from bottom to top; when you exhale, try your best to expel the turbid qi. In the beginning, it may feel a bit difficult—you just need to practice a few more times to find the rhythm. With this posture, your body will slowly start to warm up, and even your hands and feet won’t feel as cold. You’ll feel more energized overall.

This breathing technique is simple and easy to follow, and you don’t need any special equipment. You can stick with it by spending just a few minutes each day. After you keep at it, you’ll find that it doesn’t just make you feel warmer—your overall state will improve too.
